Silk-Screen printing is the process of transferring ink through a fine mesh screen onto a substrate. CDs are printed in a similar fashion, but the equipment is more automated and the process is much faster. DFM utilizes a 133 to 175 line screen (the number of lines or dots per inch on a halftone screen), providing excellent quality for PMS and four-color process (CMYK) printing.

Digital Flex Media also offers the latest in Offset printing for a higher quality solution. it's the process of using an intermediate blanket cylinder to transfer an image from the image carrier to the Disc. This process utilizes up to a 175 line screen, providing excellent overall quality. Keep in mind that we have to start with Good Quality Artwork with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for this process.
